Colorado Community Access Alliance

The Colorado Community Access Alliance is a project of the Colorado Telecommunications Association to communicate about the telecommunications and broadband issues of Colorado's farming and ranching communities.


The Colorado Community Access Alliance provides an active voice at the federal, state and local levels on legislative and regulatory policies impacting rural communities. Specifically, the Alliance focuses on:

  • Policy decisions that impact the telecommunications and broadband needs of rural communities,

  • Importance of a strong, reliable telecommunications infrastructure on the economy of rural Colorado, and

  • Regulatory activities at the federal level through the FCC and NTIA and at the state level through the Public Utilities Commission.
